Movie Story : Detective Quentin Conners is suspended under unfair circumstances in Seattle, and his partner Jason York quits the force after a shooting on Pearl Street Bridge leaves a hostage and a criminal dead. When a bank heist turns into a hostage standoff, Conners is put in command of the operation and paired with a green rookie, Shane Dekker. The gang, led by the ruthless Lorenz, seems to have taken not a single cent from the bank, which leaves the police baffled as they pursue the criminals. Eventually the team uncovers a hidden virus, built on the principles of Chaos Theory, that has quietly siphoned one billion dollars from accounts across the system, and they also discover that Lorenz is eliminating his own accomplices.
