Movie Story : Genghis Khan is remembered for his conquests, but this film highlights a lesser-known side of him: he gathers orphans left behind on bloody battlefields and entrusts them to his mother to raise. Those children grow into his most trusted officials and advisers. Organized under a decimal system, his Mongol army is divided into groups of ten, one hundred, one thousand, and ten thousand, each led by an appointed commander. A ten-man unit receives orders to find a skilled healer living deep in the forest, but on the way they come across an abandoned infant who turns out to be the son of an enemy warrior determined to hunt them down. As they shield the child from relentless attacks while still pursuing their mission, the soldiers reveal the compassion and courage of the Mongols as the final battle draws near.
