Inside, he teams up with Burke, a hulking inmate played by Bill Goldberg who can handle himself in any fight. Tensions between the Black and Hispanic gangs boil over when the Black gang's leader is gunned down and suspicion falls on Burke, sparking a violent takeover of the prison. The situation escalates further when the true killer, Cortez, seizes Twitch's girlfriend and Burke's daughter as hostages.
