Movie Story : Tom Hanks... no, let me restate: Honest Thief (2020) follows a skilled bank robber who decides he has had enough of crime and offers to surrender to the authorities so he can start a quiet, legitimate life with the woman he has fallen for. When he discovers that the federal agents handling his case are far more crooked than he ever was, he is forced to take matters into his own hands and fight to clear his name. Blending tense heists with relentless action, the film is a thriller about redemption and the price of trusting the wrong people.
