Movie Story : In 1960, Professor Ruckus Mandulbaum invents the Titan badge, a device that grants its wearer a special superpower. He adopts three struggling young people and forms an unusual superhero family that quickly becomes famous. As the group splits apart, the Professor replaces them with a fresh team of teenage heroes. Nearly twenty years later, two of the original heroes, now grown, want their badges back and will rob the Professor's museum to get them, even if it means taking a few hostages by accident.
